1. Our Custom "Soft Flex" Orthotic comes with a three year warranty, if it cracks or breaks we will replace it free, just return them with a copy of your receipt. (My Orthotics lasted me 12 years).
2. Any additional pairs you may want are $249 plus tax and shipping.
3. Any and all adjustments are free for three years and can be done by mail.
