Flat Feet
Orthotics
are good for my heel spurs. I started using (orthotics) 3 years ago
and haven't had any pain since. My son had flat feet and had the
biggest problems forever as a wide receiver in college.
(His
son uses orthotics now and his feet are better as well he informed us).
